Peter Mc Cann
Président du jury
Dr. Peter P. McCann’s philatelic interests and exhibits focus on the British Caribbean and South Atlantic areas, currently the postal history of Montserrat and Dominica. He is co-author and editor of three books on the postal history of the Cayman Islands, and the British South Atlantic Islands. Dr. McCann was president of the American Philatelic Society from 1999-2003, served on its Board for twelve years, and then in 2016 was re-elected to the APS Board. From 2004 until 2016 he served as a vice president and director of the Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (FIP). Dr. McCann was given the high honors of signing the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2007, receiving the APS Luff Award in 2008, and the Lichtenstein Award of the Collectors Club in 2010. He is an international philatelic judge and a Fellow of both the RPSL and the Royal of Canada. Dr. McCann is professor emeritus of cell biology, University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, former president of the University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute, and served as CEO and president of several biotech companies.

Sam Chiu

Sam is a Fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society of Canada, VP of the Philatelic Specialist Society of Canada, and served 2 terms on Canada Post’s Stamp Advisory Committee. An avid exhibitor, he has received gold medals in 6 different national classes and either golds or large vermeils for 5 different international exhibits. He is an FIP accredited jury member for judging postal history and postal stationery. Sam has very diverse collecting interests, but concentrates on PH/PS of China and Hong Kong.

Kenneth R. Nilsestuen
Juré
Kenneth R. Nilsestuen, Akron, Ohio, is president of the France and Colonies Philatelic Society, Inc.
He has been an accredited APS judge since 2004. In addition to collecting and exhibiting classical era Algerian postal history, Ken co-authored a monograph on Algerian hand cancels and written many articles about Algerian postal history.
His philatelic interests also include worldwide and United States stamps, but he has also learned a great deal about other subjects as a judge.
Ken currently serves as treasurer of the American Philatelic Research Library, in addition to board positions in other philatelic organizations.
Now a mostly retired CPA, Ken also finds time for his family and bicycling.

Fabrice Fouchard
Commissaire Général de l'Exposition
Fabrice Fouchard est connu en tant que philatéliste spécialisé sur les timbres de son Archipel natal: Saint-Pierre et Miquelon. Collectionneur, par hasard, de timbres dès l’âge de 8 ans il découvre ainsi le monde entier et met un honneur à comprendre mieux ses îles natales et ne s’éloignera que temporairement de cette passion. Le chemin faisant il intègre officiellement le club de SPM et en deviendra Vice-Président puis depuis quelques années, Président. Il officiera à quelques reprises en tant que Commissaire pour SPM lors d’expositions ou encore aux assemblées générales annuelles de la Fédération Inter-Américaine de Philalétie (F.I.A.F) et est membre du bureau. Il a été en mai 2016 le commissaire de SPM lors de l’exposition mondiale de New-York (NY2016) patronnée par la Fédération Internationale de Philatélie (F.I.P). Il agira pour l’exposition SPM EXPO 2017 en tant que Commissaire Général et Président du club de SPM.
